AIPMAS is now in the final stages of binding a publication that includes the most effective and important court decisions issued in the Arab countries regarding Intellectual Property. The publication shall bear the title “Arab Court Decisions Regarding Intellectual Property”. This publication, that includes certain lawsuits and conflicts initiated in the Arab World, presents innovative, highly specialized, and detailed explanation in the Arabic language for the terminology most common in Intellectual property. The AIPMAS makes sure the Arab League participates in this valuable project, and a memo regarding this subject matter shall be sent to the Arab League.
